Marshall County Courthouse COVID-19 Response Plan

Updated Mask Requirement

Based on the relatively low number of Coronavirus cases in Marshall County and surrounding areas and discussions with the Marshall County Health Department, beginning Monday, February 28, 2022, the mask mandate for the general public coming into the Courthouse will be lifted.

The lifting of this mandate does not affect Circuit or Family Court. Mask mandates for the Courts will be set by the Chief Judge.

**It is our hope that any employee of the Marshall County Commission who has not been vaccinated and has been in close contact with a person testing positive for COVID-19 will take it upon themselves to protect their coworkers, the public and themselves by:

• Wearing a mask at work when waiting on a customer and/or within 6 feet of coworkers,
• Getting tested 5 days after the last exposure to the positive person.
  • If you test positive, please let your supervisor know immediately.
