Prosecutor’s Office

The prosecutor’s office represents the State of West Virginia before the Marshall County Circuit Court, Grand Jury and Magistrate Court. The office also represents petitioners in all juvenile delinquency proceedings and abuse/neglect proceedings for the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, acts as a legal advisor for various state and local governmental entities, provides services to victims of crime, and investigates violations of state criminal laws in Marshall County, WV.
